Returns Policy


We want you to love your order as much as we've loved creating it for you.

However, if for some reason you’d like to return an item for a store credit, exchange or refund, please contact us first at hello@intothesunset.com.au to arrange a return.

After making contact, and receiving all the details for your return, you will need to return the item within 14 days (Australia) or 30 days (International) in its original condition with tags still attached, unworn and unwashed.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable and return shipping is at the customer's expense.

All items must be returned in the garment bags that the items were originally sent in.

STORE CREDIT 

If you choose to return an item for a store credit, we will send you a code to use at checkout when making your next purchase, that will ensure you receive free shipping Australia-wide on your next purchase.

This code can only be used once, and does not apply to sale items.

Free shipping is unavailable to our international customers at this stage.

PLEASE NOTE: The original shipping cost is non-refundable and return shipping is at the customer's expense.

REFUND

If you simply aren't satisfied with your order and would like to return it for a full refund, the item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached.

This option is not available for all sale items.

EXCHANGE

If you would prefer to exchange for a different size, or item please contact us as soon as possible so we can check stock levels.

Once we have confirmed the item you're after is in stock, we will place it aside, until your unworn, unwashed item is returned within the 14 (Australia) or 30 (International) days with tags still attached.

SALE ITEMS

All items purchased on sale, are final sale, and cannot be returned.

FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS

If you believe your item to be faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@intothesunset.com.au so we can resolve this quickly for you.

We will require an image of the fault and corresponding order number, which will then be reviewed.

If the item you received is indeed faulty or incorrect, we will gladly reimburse you for the return shipping.

THE FINER DETAILS

Please allow 2-3 business days for all returns to be processed.

INTO THE SUNSET reserves the right to refuse returns at our discretion.  In the instance that your return claim is not accepted, your item will be returned to you.

Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
